All policy on on this pages applies to online purchases and do not apply if a purchase was made in-store. For in-store purchases please refer to the policy stated on your invoice.

Please allow 1 - 2 business days for processing. We will notify you by email when the product has been shipped with tracking number as well as a tracking link.

7-Day Return Policy for Online Purchases Only" We have a 7-day return policy for online purchases. Please note that this policy applies only to items bought online and have not been physically visited or purchased in-store. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returned items. Thank you for your understanding.


  • Bridesmaids Samples

All bridesmaids will incur a 10% restocking fee if returned within our 4 day return policy. After 4 days, returns are not accepted. Customer is responsible for the return shipping. 


  • Sample Sale Gowns/Ready to Wear Collection​

Sample Sale Gowns and Ready to Wear gowns purchased on our website cannot be returned or refunded. Also the shipping costs are non refundable.

  • Return shipping is not covered.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags and labels intact. For any further inquires about returns or exchanges please contact us by chat or by email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You have 7 days to initiate your exchange after you have received your item.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal as payment methods.

We do not store or keep track of any payment method in our system. We use Stripe as our payment processing for online payments of Visa and Mastercard.
