To make an appointment, first click on the 'Appointment Request' button at the top of the page. Next, you will receive a 'Guide to Appointment Request' email. This email will contain a link to a pre-appointment form where you will fill out a few questions to help the stylists learn about your style. Finally, you will be able to pre-select six of your favorite gowns to start your appointment with. This process will allow you more time to try on dresses.

Each appointment lasts for one hour.

You are welcome to bring yourself plus three guests!

Take measurements! We'll take your measurements after you've said yes. This process is done over your clothes and in the comfort of a private fitting room. Fill out the invoice! While filling out the invoice, we'll discuss the size, color of your dress, and shipping times. A deposit is made at this stage. Now comes the waiting! The dresses take 4-8 months to deliver since they are made to order. Don't worry; it goes by in the blink of an eye! Your dress has arrived! We unpack your dress, go over it to ensure the quality, color, and size are correct. We add your name and then contact you to let you know it has arrived. Time for alterations! This process begins 2-3 months before the wedding.

You will pre-select six dresses to start your appointment with. Our consultant will pull additional options once they understand your style. Typically, you can try anywhere from 6 to 15 dresses, depending on how much time you want to spend in each one.

You are welcome to bring accessories you'd like to see with the dress, as well as shapewear if it would make you more comfortable. However, there is nothing you must bring with you!

We recommend nude seamless underwear; you do not need a bra! Additionally, we do not allow outside shoes to be worn inside our boutique. You may bring cute socks or your favourite indoor slippers. If you forget, don't worry — we have slippers available for you!

Everything available in-store can be viewed on our website! You are welcome to do some browsing, but we recommend using the full appointment to try on dresses, as the hour flies by fast!

It is time to shop! Arrive on Time: Appointments are one hour long; arriving on time ensures you will have plenty of time to try anywhere from 6 to 15 dresses! Start with Six Dresses: These dresses are selected from our online catalogue prior to your appointment. Trust Your Consultant: Your one-on-one consultant will select additional dresses for you to try once we understand your style and vision. Conclusion of Appointment: Say Yes To The Dress! or Go home with a list of favourite dresses from the appointment!

Gowns take 4-6 months to arrive! Alterations take 2-3 months! 9 Months or more until the big day? This is the most flexible, shop all made to order gowns 6-8 months until the big day?
